SOC Libya Ltd. is a London-based company with a branch in Tripoli, founded primarily to identify, assist and support international companies entering the Libyan market. It was formed in 2008 by Mr. Tarek Alwan who is a highly experienced manager with extensive experience and knowledge about Libyan business and market, gained from a background of living & working in both London and Tripoli.

Our aim is to establish truly successful business partnerships in Libya and to offer clients the highest quality of services and to set the highest standard of performance. We are only satisfied when our results are measured by solid business progress and improved international relations.

We focus exclusively on the Libyan market, with a range of services and we provide professional consultancy, advisory and other services to clients around the globe.

We have unique capabilities, expertise and wide network of contacts in Libya that enable us to provide excellent, in-depth and up-to-date consulting and advisory services.
